PowerPressed optimises and compresses large PowerPoint® presentations, reducing them in size so they can be emailed, transferred and stored more easily.
The optimised file remains a fully editable PowerPoint® presentation… it’s just a lot smaller! It still retains all the functionality and ‘fit for purpose’ quality of the original. The recipient doesn’t need PowerPressed on their system! PowerPressed doesn’t alter the .ppt extension which means that the recipient only needs to have PowerPoint® (or the free PowerPoint® viewer)… there is no zip/unzip process.
