Steps to install PowerPressed

1. Close all programs.
   
   
2. Run the install from the location you downloaded to by double clicking on the ‘PowerPressedSetup.exe’ setup icon.
   
   
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Opening PowerPressed for the first time

1. Open Microsoft® PowerPoint® (see System Requirements for versions supported)
   
   
2. If you are properly installed, the PowerPressed toolbar will appear integrated into PowerPoint®:
   
   
   
   
3. If you have not yet activated PowerPressed the Welcome screen will appear when you attempt to use any of the PowerPressed functions.

Activating PowerPressed

1. Open PowerPoint and the PowerPressed toolbar will be visible if the program has been installed correctly. Click on the PowerPressed button and the Welcome screen will appear if this is the first time PowerPressed has been installed.

2. Click the 'Activate Now' button if you already have a license Serial Number. The Activation Wizard will guide you through the steps required to register online.

3. Press the 'Free Trial' button if you would like to run a free 14 day trial of PowerPressed

End of Trial (or if your Full License has expired)

1. At the end of your free trial period the End of Trial Period window will appear (if you have a time limited license and this license has expired you will receive the 'License has Expired' window instead)

2. If you already have a license Serial Number choose 'Activate Now' to register your license online.

Managing your License

1. You can register a new license or manage your existing license at any time by accessing the Blubox Licensing screen from 'Help > About PowerPressed... > Activate button'.

2. If you already have a Serial Number press the 'Automatic' button to register over the Internet (you can purchase a serial Number securely online by clicking the link).

Note: Manual Registration is used where no Internet connection is available - please contact support if you are unable to register using the Automatic method.

Transferring your License

To transfer your License to a new computer follow these steps:

1. First install PowerPressed on the new computer and accept a Free Trial if one is offered.

2. On the new computer insert a USB key (or other memory media) and open the Licensing screen (see above).

3. Click the 'Register Transfer' button, browse for the memory device you have just inserted and press 'OK'

4. Remove the memory device and insert it into the original computer.

5. Open the Licensing screen on the original computer and click 'Transfer OUT'. Select the memory device you have just inserted and press 'OK'

6. Remove the memory device and insert it back into the new computer. Open the Licensing Screen and click 'Transfer IN'

7. You are now licensed to use PowerPressed on your new computer.

Note: Your original computer will no longer be licensed.
